Covid-19 Church Guidelines

In order to maximize your protection and to follow social distancing guidelines, below are the details we are asking you to follow when attending service.  
In addition,  from the counsel of experts in the medical community, individuals who fall into the ‘at risk’ category, based upon age and associated medical factors, are encouraged to exercise wisdom and discernment in their decisions while seeking advice from their physicians. Individuals who cannot attend in-person services will be able to access services on-line.

  • Contemporary Service:
    • Sunday at 10:45 AM

Reserve your spot in service
In order to maintain safety guidelines and social distancing,  the maximum number of individuals will be limited to 100 in the Crossing service and 70 in the Sanctuary service.  We are asking you to reserve your spot for service.  If you do not reserve your spot, you will not be able attend.

  3. Type your name/family name
  4. Select how many people are attending with you
  5. Type in your email address (a confirmation email will be sent to you)
  6. Click submit

What To Expect

Doors will open 30 minutes in advance of worship.
  • Entrances and exits will be limited. Individuals attending any of the worship services will need to enter through the Crossing entrance.
  • Worshipers must use hand sanitizer when entering the facility. 
  • All participants will be required to “check in” when entering the facility. 
  • Temperatures will be taken using non-touch Infrared thermometers. Individuals registering a temperature in excess of 100.4 will not be permitted to enter the facility. 
  • Masks are required when entering and exiting the facility. Masks may be removed while seated. 
  • Seating arrangements will be maintained that permit ‘social distancing’. 
  • Individuals will be seated and dismissed by members of the safety team, entering front to back and exiting back to front.
  • Singing will be very limited. Individuals wishing to sing are asked to wear masks while singing quietly or humming. 
  • Sunday School classes will not meet during the initial periods of reentry. 
  • Services will be shortened to approximately 50 minutes. 
  • Offerings will not be taken in the traditional manner. Mounted lock boxes at the rear of the sanctuary and crossing will be available to share financial gifts. 
  • Worship bulletins will not be provided. 
  • Coffee and Donuts will not be available. 
  • Several areas of the church will be restricted for usage. 
  • Communion will be celebrated, beginning July 11-12, using a different method than the traditional passing of the elements.
  • Worshipers are discouraged from such physical expressions as hugging and shaking hands
